The Challenge
The home located at 4701 Hansel Circle was in a state of utter disrepair requiring renovation throughout the entire home. Both the interior and the exterior of the home required extensive renovation as well as the exterior hardscape. Our goal on this project was to eliminate blight from the community and rebuild a home that would be attractive to a new, long-term home owner.
Our Solution
The new exterior looks like a completely different home. No longer is the paint peeling and cracking but instead, the exterior looks like a newer model construction. Moreover, interior details have been brought to modern standard. This home is no longer an eyesore in the community and will be perceived of as a high value property that will definitely attract long term owners.
